3D Print Slicer Tolerance Reference
Slicer Tolerance Types Exclusive: Holes are larger, outer walls smaller. Best for parts that must fit together easily. Inclusive: Parts are printed to exact CAD dimensions. Best for press-fits. Middle: Standard default. Usually requires a 0.2mm gap in CAD for moving parts. Note: If your print-in-place hinges are stuck, try 'Exclusive' mode.
