Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of 1C3D - Asset Manager (the "Service"), a work order and property management tool. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who uses the Service

Property managers create their own account, add properties and run work orders. Tenants, whether renting or owning, are invited by a manager and see only the properties linked to them. Team members are invited by a manager and see only the jobs assigned to them. Anyone may also send repair requests, without an account, through a link a manager shares. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan covers up to 4 properties. The Pro plan removes that limit and adds tenant request links with status pages, recurring maintenance, a vendor directory with spend tracking, property statements, calendar sync, push alerts and up to 15 team members (four are free), for the monthly or annual price shown in the app. New managers get a 14-day Pro trial with no card; when it ends you move to the Free plan unless you upgrade, and nothing is deleted. Pro is a subscription that renews each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, using Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. We will give notice before changing the price, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

If Pro ends, you keep read access to everything and nothing is deleted. You can no longer add properties beyond the Free limit, tenant links pause, and recurring jobs stop creating work orders until Pro returns.

4. Your content

You own the information you put into the Service, such as properties, notes, photos, receipts and time entries. You give us permission to store it and process it only to run the Service for you. Managers are responsible for having the right to enter information about their tenants and properties, and for using it lawfully. Do not store payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other highly sensitive credentials in notes or property info.

5. Honest use, and no fraud

We do not tolerate fraud. You may not use the Service to:

If we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud or abuse, we may suspend or end it without notice, remove the content involved, and report it to the people affected and to the authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement and legal process.

6. Tenant request links

A manager who turns on a tenant link is responsible for how it is shared. Anyone with the link can send a request. Do not use it for emergencies. If there is danger to people or property, such as fire, a gas smell, flooding or a medical emergency, call 911 and your property manager directly.

7. The Service is a tool

We provide software. We are not a contractor, property manager, insurer or adviser, and we do not supervise or guarantee any work, any vendor or any amount recorded in the Service. Schedules, reminders and emails depend on networks and email systems we do not control, so do not rely on them alone for anything critical. Keep your own copies of records you need.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. You agree to cover claims brought against us by others that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms. Some places do not allow some of these limits, and then the limits apply only as far as the law permits.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself in Settings, which also cancels any subscription and permanently removes your properties, work orders, photos, receipts and tenant accounts. You can also contact us at [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, for security reasons, or if we stop offering the Service.

11. General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the operator of the Service is located, and courts there will handle disputes, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

12. Contact
