Laser Compatibility
CO2: Cut 3mm chipboard: 100mm/s 40-60%. Cut 5mm corrugated: 80mm/s 60%. Engrave: 500mm/s 15-20%. Diode 20W: Cut 3mm card: 300mm/s 80%. Always use air assist — reduces charring and flame risk. Never walk away — cardboard can ignite. Keep power minimal and speed high to reduce char.
