Laser Compatibility
CRITICAL: Only use PU (polyurethane) HTV — not PVC. CO2 and diode compatible. Test cut at low power first. 80W CO2: 300mm/s, 15% power, cut only. Diode 10W: 400mm/s, 30%. Always exhaust fully — burning vinyl produces harmful fumes even from PU types. Air assist off for clean cut lines.
