Lite-ply / laser ply - manufactured specifically for laser cutting. Lower density than standard birch, veneers pre-bonded without voids, consistent thickness. Cuts faster and cleaner than standard plywood.

Storage
Store flat. Keep dry — thin ply can warp if exposed to moisture. 1.5mm stock is especially sensitive.

Lite-Ply is optimized for laser cutting with minimal voids. CO2: cut 3mm 250mm/s 55W, engrave 500mm/s 35%. Diode: cut 3mm 2 passes 80%. RC and model builders' choice. Much cleaner cuts than standard birch ply.
