About the Folgertech i3
The Folgertech i3 is an FDM 3D printer, released in 2014. Its work area is 200×200×175mm.
It uses a 0.4 mm nozzle for 1.75 mm filament, a rated top speed of 100 mm/s.
The hotend tops out at 260°C and the bed at 100°C, which covers PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA but is marginal for nylon and polycarbonate.
The machine has no heated bed, which limits you mostly to PLA.
The machine runs Marlin, uses marlin2 G-code.
