About the Qidi X-Plus
The Qidi X-Plus is an FDM 3D printer, released in 2019. Its work area is 270×200×200mm.
It uses a 0.4 mm nozzle for 1.75 mm filament, a rated top speed of 150 mm/s.
The hotend tops out at 300°C and the bed at 100°C, which is high enough for engineering filaments such as nylon, polycarbonate and carbon-fiber blends.
The machine has no heated bed, which limits you mostly to PLA, comes enclosed, which helps with ABS and ASA, levels the bed automatically.
The machine runs Marlin, uses marlin2 G-code.
