Mirror Acrylic

Overview
Mirrored acrylic (PMMA with reflective backing). Laser cuts the shape cleanly. Engraving goes through from the back to reveal the reflective surface through the frost.

Laser Compatibility
Engrave from the BACK side for best results — laser removes protective coating and reveals mirror beneath. CO2: engrave 250mm/s 20-30%; cut 3mm at 15mm/s 80W. Diode: engrave 200mm/s 70-80% from back. Do not engrave from front — damages mirror coating unevenly. Use masking tape to protect surface during cutting.
