Overview
PETG High Speed is formulated for accelerated printing on high-speed FDM printers like the Bambu Lab X1/P1 series and Creality K1. It maintains the strength, chemical resistance, and ease of PETG while allowing significantly higher print speeds (up to 300-500 mm/s) without sacrificing quality. Optimized melt flow and thermal properties reduce stringing and improve layer bonding at speed.

Pros
  • Speed-optimized PETG, maintains PETG's strength and flex, good layer bonding at speed
Cons
  • Still absorbs moisture, needs dry storage, limited brand options vs standard PETG
Best For
  • Batch production
  • large functional parts
  • time-sensitive projects
  • strong prototypes
  • parts needing PETG properties fast
Laser Compatibility
LASER INTERACTION Safety: CAUTION — same as standard PETG. CO2 engrave: 400-500mm/s @ 10-14% Result: Similar to standard PETG. High flow modifiers may slightly change melt behavior. Fumes: Same as PETG — good ventilation required.
