Natural cotton fabric in various weights. Engraves by charring the surface and cuts cleanly. One of the safest fabrics to laser — no toxic fumes from synthetic melting.

Laser Compatibility
Cotton cuts and engraves cleanly. CO2: cut 200mm/s 30W, engrave 600mm/s 20%. Diode: cut 400mm/s 80%, engrave 600mm/s 50%. Pre-wash fabric — starch and finishes affect results. Low fire risk vs synthetics.
