Laser Compatibility
CO2: Engrave 300-500mm/s, 20-40%, air assist recommended. Cut 3mm: 100-150mm/s, 80-100%. Diode 20W: Engrave 1500mm/s 50%. CRITICAL: NEVER engrave chrome-tanned or PU/synthetic leather — toxic hexavalent chromium fumes. Always test on scrap. Condition leather after engraving to prevent cracking.
