Overview
Prusament PETG with ±0.02mm diameter tolerance. Runs at the higher end of the PETG temperature range. Produces excellent layer adhesion and moderate chemical resistance. Less warpy than ABS, easier than PA.

Laser Compatibility
LASER INTERACTION
Safety: CAUTION — melts before burning, releases VOCs. Good ventilation required.
CO2 engrave: 400-500mm/s @ 10-14% | Diode 20W: 4000mm/min @ 28%
Result: Melts and re-solidifies, less sharp than PLA. Multiple fast passes work better.
Fumes: Ethylene glycol derivatives — irritating, not acutely toxic.
