About the Prusa MINI IS
The Prusa MINI IS is an FDM 3D printer, released in 2019. Its work area is 180×180×180mm.
It uses a 0.4 mm nozzle for 1.75 mm filament, a rated top speed of 200 mm/s.
The hotend tops out at 280°C and the bed at 100°C, which is high enough for engineering filaments such as nylon, polycarbonate and carbon-fiber blends.
The machine has no heated bed, which limits you mostly to PLA, levels the bed automatically.
The machine runs Marlin, uses marlin2 G-code.
