About the Prusa XL
The Prusa XL is an FDM 3D printer, released in 2023.
It uses a rated top speed of 500 mm/s.
The hotend tops out at 290°C and the bed at 120°C, which is high enough for engineering filaments such as nylon, polycarbonate and carbon-fiber blends.
The machine has no heated bed, which limits you mostly to PLA.
The machine uses marlin2 G-code.
