Slice (Chitubox or Lychee): Layer height: 0.05mm (detail) or 0.1mm (speed) Bottom layers: 4–6, exposure 25–50s Normal exposure: 2–4s for standard resin on mono screen Anti-aliasing: 4x or 8x 4. Supports — Rotate model 45° to reduce supports on visible surfaces. Hollow large models with drain holes. 5. Wash — 3–5 minutes in IPA. Don't over-wash (max 5 min) — causes white residue and brittleness. 6. Cure — 2–6 minutes in UV cure station per side. Never skip this — prints are sticky and weak without curing.
