Overview
PLA High Speed is engineered for rapid printing on high-speed FDM printers. It delivers the same ease of use and detail of standard PLA but at significantly higher print speeds (up to 300-600 mm/s). Optimized viscosity and thermal conductivity prevent heat creep and maintain consistent extrusion at speed. Ideal for batch production and large prints where time is critical.

Laser Compatibility
LASER INTERACTION
Safety: SAFE — High speed PLA uses standard PLA polymer with flow modifiers.
CO2 engrave: 300-400mm/s @ 15-20%
Diode 20W engrave: 3000mm/min @ 35%
Result: Same as standard PLA. Flow additives don't significantly affect laser response.
Fumes: Standard PLA emissions — safe with normal ventilation.
