Klipper Bed Mesh Calibration
Klipper Bed Mesh Calibration Bed mesh leveling compensates for physical warping in your print surface by measuring the Z-height at various points. 1. Preparation Ensure your bed is at its normal printing temperature (e.g., 60C for PLA) for at least 10 minutes to allow for thermal expansion. 2. Configuration Add the [bedmesh] section to your printer.cfg. Define your meshmin, meshmax, and probecount (5,5 is usually sufficient). 3. Run Calibration Send BEDMESHCALIBRATE via the terminal. The printer will probe the grid and generate a visual map. 4. Save Profile Once finished, send SAVECONFIG to store the mesh. Use BEDMESHPROFILE LOAD=default in your start G-code to ensure it's active.
