Delrin (POM/acetal) is one of the best CNC plastics. Machines cleanly, holds tight tolerances, self-lubricating. Bit Cutting Tips Upcut or O-flute both work. Excellent chip clearance. Delrin produces long stringy chips — clear often. Great for bushings, gears, slides.
