Overview
Liquid nano-particle polymer adhesive applied to bed surface with foam applicator. Creates extremely strong adhesion at print temperature, releases cleanly when bed cools. Particularly effective for materials with poor bed adhesion: PP, PA, PC, ABS on smooth surfaces. Water-soluble cleanup.

Pros
  • Works with PP, PA, PC, ABS — materials almost nothing else sticks to
  • Applied thin — doesn't significantly affect first layer precision
  • Water-soluble — wipes off with damp cloth
  • Lasts multiple prints per application
  • Allows precise control of adhesion amount
  • Works on glass, PEI, and garolite
Cons
  • Must be reapplied every 3-10 prints depending on material
  • Can be too aggressive — some parts difficult to remove when cool
  • Occasional residue buildup on bed
  • More expensive than glue stick solutions
  • Not needed for standard PLA/PETG on PEI
  • Product availability varies
Best For
  • PP printing|PA/Nylon on smooth surfaces|PC and PC-ABS|ABS on glass or aluminum|Large flat parts with warping tendency|Difficult-to-stick engineering materials
Avoid For
  • Standard PLA (unnecessary — PEI alone works)|PETG (too aggressive — may damage sheet)|Small delicate parts (strong adhesion makes removal risky)|Standard PEI printing — reserve for problem materials
Storage
Store sealed at room temperature. Shake before use. Apply with supplied foam applicator in thin, even coat. Remove residue buildup with damp cloth. Re-apply when adhesion decreases.
